This privacy notice describes how we collect and use personal information about you during and after your contractual relationship with us, in accordance with, to the extent applicable, the UK General Data Protection Regulation as defined in section 3(10) (as supplemented by section 205(4)) of the Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR) and the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (EU GDPR).
It applies to all customers of AQUALISA PRODUCTS LIMITED.
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
There are “special categories” of more sensitive personal data which require a higher level of protection.
a) Direct interactions. You may give us your Identity Data, Phone Call Data, Purchase Data, Financial Data, Usage Data, Marketing and Communications Data, Profile Data, Finance Data and Special Category Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you:
- submit an order to purchase goods from us;
- create an account on our website and/or our App;
- subscribe to our service or publications;
- request marketing to be sent to you;
- enter a competition, promotion or survey; or
- give us feedback or contact us.
b) Attendance on site. When you visit our premises we capture your Image Data through the use of CCTV.
c) Automated technologies or interactions. As you interact with our website and/or our App, we will automatically collect Technical Data and / or Usage Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this personal data by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies. We may also receive Technical Data about you if you visit other websites employing our cookies. d) Third parties or publicly available sources. We collect personal data about our customers from third party sources in the following ways:

If you fail to provide personal information
