Quartz Smart Retrofit Shower
Recommending a new shower can be a daunting task, especially if the customer is not willing to redecorate their bathroom. Thanks to Aqualisa’s Quartz Smart Retrofit Shower, you no longer have to make the choice between a great shower upgrade and the cost of redecorating.
The Quartz Smart Retrofit Shower cleverly conceals mixer shower pipework left behind when removing an exposed mixer shower from the wall and is compatible with any mixer shower with pipe centres between 130 – 170mm. Seamlessly integrate an Aqualisa Quartz Smart Shower into any bathroom refurbishment project with ease in a profitable and simple installation.
This unique innovation will replace most exposed mixer showers and includes an extension rail and positioning template for flexible height and rail installation with no additional fixings or messy drilling work.

This unique innovation was introduced by Aqualisa in 2001 as a way to deliver a more compact and powerful way for people to shower, and whilst the aesthetics have improved over the years the core technology has stood the test of time.
The advanced control within the SmartValve™ delivers water at a consistent flow and temperature, with enhanced safety features checking the water for temperature consistency 10 times a second during use. This precision not only offers a more enjoyable and stable showering temperature, the additional safety features found on every Aqualisa SmartValve™ can offer greater peace of mind to your customers.
Installation Benefits
Smart shower installations offer far more flexibility than a traditional mixer shower when looking to specify or install a bathroom project. The SmartValve™ can be sited conveniently in a number of places, but traditionally it will be placed in a loft, under a bath or within an airing cupboard. Not only does this achieve a sleeker and more contemporary look, it can create additional space within the shower enclosure where floor space may be at a premium.
Smart Showers also work in almost every home environment, whether there is a high pressure, combi boiler or gravity fed hot water supply, and in properties with low pressure a Smart Shower can be a more cost-effective way to boost showering pressure without having to change the water system.
