Q Digital is a non-connected product and is not compatible with WiFi, the App, or Alexa. Like Optic Q, it has a colour home screen and is supplied with a 130mm Vita handset and 250mm fixed drencher head.
Quartz Touch has a black and white home screen and is supplied with a 105mm harmony handset and 230mm fixed drencher head.
Quartz Touch and Optic Q have been designed with Aqualisa's well know Exposed Installation Experience in mind. The concealed versions use the same data cable as Quartz Digital, meaning they are retrofittable over Q Digital and historic concealed Quartz products with no visible screw holes.

"Quartz Classic and Unity Q are available as a bath fill only, however Quartz Blue, Quartz Touch, Optic Q and Visage Q have bath fill options when sold as dual outlet (divert) products.
Choose a suitable height so all users can easily see and operate the controller. Some products utilise a proximity sensor to wake the controller, this sensor detects motion from up to 0.5m, directly in front of the device. It is therefore important that the controller is positioned so that it will detect the user approaching and moving away from the shower at 0.5m.

The calculations are based on the following:
Total volume – is based on the average shower flow rate (ranging from 8-12L/min depending on flow setting) multiplied by the duration spent in the shower.
Total duration – is measured by the Aqualisa SmartValve™ from the start time to finish time of your shower.
Total cost – is based on the average energy and water cost across the UK multiplied by the duration spent in the shower.

Important Update from Amazon
Amazon has recently launched a new security gate to ensure only customers with a valid Alexa App are able to link their Amazon accounts. If this update is resulting in an error, please follow the below steps to resolve this issue
We have been advised that Amazon’s engineering team are actively working on a solution to resolve the error message occurring and working towards a better user experience.
If you are experiencing difficulty linking your Amazon Alexa app to your Aqualisa Smart Shower, you need to delete and re-install the Alexa App. If you are an Android user and reinstalling the Alexa app did not resolve the issue, this can happen if the “Open Supported Link” setting is disabled for the Alexa App. To enable the ‘Open Supported Link’ setting, please follow either of the following steps:
