Proof of Purchase is required to make a claim under the guarantee even if you have registered your product, please retain for your records.
All shower heads, hoses, retro shelf, handset holders and accessories are covered for two years only regardless of shower.
We reserve the right to send parts only.
The product should be installed in accordance with the installation guide provided. Failure to do so may invalidate the guarantee
When access is required into a loft space, the route to, and the area needed for maintenance or installation must be boarded to ensure a safe working environment.
Aqualisa products are supplied with a manufacturers guarantee. If a defect attributable to faulty design, materials or workmanship should arise with the product during the guarantee, the unit will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge
Guarantee only applies to showers installed in the UK and Southern Ireland
Replacement parts will be covered for the duration of the original product guarantee.
What is not covered :
Reimbursements for replacement products and associated costs will not be made
Products purchased through private sellers on auction or second-hand websites
Scale damage
Accidental damage or breakage
Installer faults or any non-product related faults
Please note that any product used in a non-domestic application is covered by a one-year guarantee period only.
Should we be unable to carry out work on the Aqualisa shower and associated part due to the positioning being unsafe or inaccessible and not in line with our installation instructions, we may charge an abortive call out fee. This will be equivalent to our current standard call out fee.
